The company behind the crockery for the Titanic, Royal Crown Derby, has been bought with jobs thought to be under threat.
Steelite International has taken over the company after recent financial struggles.
Steelite say they are bringing out a new range of fine bone china which will be made in Derby but they cannot guarantee jobs will not go.
