David Cameron visits Derby, full report
The Prime Minister has been to a hospital in Derby to announce a package of measures to improve standards of care in the NHS. It comes after appalling cases of patient neglect at two other hospitals in the Midlands.
David Cameron wants to extend the use of patient satisfaction surveys, but today critics dismissed his announcement as a PR exercise. Our correspondent Peter Bearne reports.
