Crime figures in Leicester at lowest for 20 years
A focus on offenders and using technology to make sure officers are in the right place at the right time has brought crime figures to a 20 year low in Leicester.
Chief Constable Simon Cole told ITV Central that they have seen a drop of 10 % in reported crime in 2012.
The fall in crime is equivalent to 6,849 fewer victims of crime than in 2011.
