Leicestershire police have reported the lowest crime figures for 20 years over the last year.
- Local police recorded 61,515 crimes last year, a reduction of 10%.
- The fall in crime is equivalent to 6,849 fewer victims of crime than in 2011 – the lowest yearly total of recorded crime since 1990.
