A mother says she is heartbroken after a memorial bench dedicated to her soldier son killed in Afghanistan was stolen, damaged and dumped.
Villagers raised money for the bench when Paul Muirhead died after a Taliban attack in 2006. They say they are stunned anyone would do such a thing.
