Territorial Army recruitment weekend arrives in Nottingham
The Territorial Army has taken over Market Square in Nottingham today as part of a recruitment drive.
Current soldiers have been on hand since this morning offering advice on different careers in the TA, including medics, gunners, engineers and infantry.
Various trucks and artillery are on display for potential recruits to get up close and personal with the vehicles and technology that's currently being used by the TA.
The event has been organised as part of a recruitment campaign to try and get young men and women interested in joining the TA.
The TA works alongside regular soldiers in the British Army.
The recruitment drive will continue tomorrow (13 January) on Market Square in Nottingham.
