Leicestershire Police named as one of country's top gay-friendly employers
Leicestershire Police have been named as one of the country's top gay-friendly employers.
They ranked 68th on the charity Stonewall's Top 100 Employers in Britain for Lesbian, Gay, and Bisexual People in 2013 - an improvement of 59 places from last year.
The survey bases its ratings on factors like creating a safe and inclusive environment for employees, service users and stakeholders.
