Widow of man who died during clinical trial speaks outside court
The widow of Luigi Belcuore – the man who died during a clinical trial test – received an undisclosed sum today at Birmingham County Court.
43-year old Luigi Belcuore from Studley, Warwickshire, was being treated at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry almost two years ago.
The hospital has admitted liability.
