Wife of man who died during clinical trial receives payout
Penny Belcoure, widow of Luigi Belcoure who died after an operation on his knee, has been awarded an undisclosed compensation payment at Birmingham County Court.
43-year old Luigi Belcuore from Studley, Warwickshire, was being treated at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry almost two years ago.
