Investigations into Frankley deaths continue as post-mortem tests prove inconclusive

A post-mortem examination carried out to determine what caused the deaths of two people from Frankley in Birmingham has proved inconclusive.

Both deaths are unexplained and more tests will be carried out.

Suzanne Van Hagen and John Morton were found dead by their nine-year-old daughter.

The young girl is now being looked after by family.

Deaths by accidental overdoses

Police investigating the deaths of a couple found dead in a bedroom in Frankley believe they died of accidental overdoses. They were discovered in February by their 9-year-old daughter.
