Officer says Philpott accused Willis of kicking the door down
PC Gareth Louretta said Mick Philpott was 'loud' and was accusing a woman, Lisa Willis, of kicking the door down.
PC Louretta said he saw no sign of any damage to the door and that Lisa Willis was calm. The PC decided to diffuse the situation by asking Mick Philpott to go inside.
The court heard that Mr Philpott explained to the officer that Ms Willis lived there with him and his wife Mairead, and that she had come to the property to collect her belongings and her children's clothes.
