Coventry City has said that it remains committed to reaching an agreement with the management company behind the Ricoh Arena as their £1.3m rent row continues.
A demand for £1.1million in unpaid rent stretching back 10 months was issued to Coventry City in early December – a figure which now stands at more than £1.3million.
Stadium managers, Arena Coventry Limited (ACL), announced on Thursday that talks with the club had 'collapsed'.
The Ricoh Arena is joint owned by the Alan Edward Higgs Charity and Coventry City Council.
Coventry City Football Club says that it wants a deal that is 'acceptable to both parties'.
