Collision investigators have confirmed they are not looking for anyone in connection with the death of an 18-year-old on the M42 in Hockley Heath.
The man from Solihull is understood to have falled at 10:20pm and landed in a live lane on the northbound stretch of the motorway.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw anything to come forward.
“There is nothing to suggest the man’s death is suspicious…we would like to speak to anyone, pedestrians on the bridge or motorists, who saw the man fall.”
