Jaguar Land Rover has launched a new course for female students interested in engineering, technology and manufacturing careers.
The workforce at Jaguar Land Rover is currently only nine per cent female – a figure the company is hoping to increase.
During the week-long half term course, the 16-18-year olds are spending their holiday at the manufacturing plant in Solihull.
