Smartphone hospital app is 'hugely positive'
Robin Vickers from Digital Life Sciences has told ITV News Central the new smartphone app for patients at Birmingham Children's Hospital is being used for constructive feedback, despite them originally thinking it would be used by patients to complain and moan.
Digital Life Sciences were one of the partners which developed the app.
