Police have released a picture of two men they want to speak to in connection with the theft of plant equipment from a road side in Walsall.
A photographer from the local newspaper, the Express and Star, is believed to have inadvertently captured the moment the thieves stole the machinery.
The picture was one of a series that were taken to illustrate the snowy weather.
The hydraulic breaker that was stolen is said to be worth around £3500. It was taken from the roadside of Broadway North in Walsall at some point between Saturday 9th February and Monday 11th February.
West Midlands Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward with any information.
