A campaign has kicked off in Leicester to encourage people to report hate crime incidents.
It has been developed to encourage those who are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgendered to come forward.
Leicestershire County Council are coordinating the 'Stop and Tell' campaign in partnership with Leicester LGBT Centre, district and borough councils, Leicestershire Police and Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust.
Incidents of hate should not be tolerated and everyone who lives, works in or visits Leicestershire has the right to be treated with dignity and respect and to live without fear of hatred.
