M6 death: father says justice has been done

The lorry driver who killed a young girl in a motorway crash after ignoring speed limit signs has been jailed for four-and-a-half years.

Robert Booth told the court he may have fallen asleep due to obstructive sleep apnoea when his vehicle smashed into slow moving traffic, killing four-year old Priyanka Bhogal.

The girl's father, Joginder Bhogal, said outside court that the sentencing was another milestone in the 'dark days' of their lives.
