A new text number has been launched by British Transport Police which allows rail passengers to report incidents via their mobile phones.
Travellers will be able to use the 61016 number to report anti-social behaviour, similar to the 101 non emergency numbers used by the police.
The number will be monitored around the clock and has the capacity to send police to a scene if required.
