During the early hours, the rain which has been travelling northwards today starts to pivot and return SW'wards, turning increasingly wintry tomorrow morning with 5-10cm snow due over parts of the Peak District.
A covering at lower levels but it should all clear by tomorrow night.
Having said that, with temps on the slide tomorrow afternoon we need to beware of icy stretches Saturday night.
Becoming dry and clear tonight, sunny spells tomorrow.
Fine and mostly dry, with sunny spells and isolated showers.
