The son of a pensioner claims his elderly mother's life was made a misery when she lived next door to a mother of eleven, who made headlines after being promised a £400,000 council house.
Jim Freeman who is from Derbyshire says Heather Frost made his mother's life hell.
He says his mum kept a diary detailing the torment she allegedly endured.
