GP writes to patients warning of 'risks to health'
Dr Ian Campbell has written a letter to all his patients warning them that medics are being 'asked to take risks with your health to save money'.
Dr Campbell, who is a GP in Nottingham, says doctors are being forced to cut the numbers of people they send to hospital for referrals, despite the fact that they may have genuine health problems.
