Police are investigating the death of a six-year-old girl who fell into a canal in Kidderminster.
The girl was one of three children who fell into the water near Springfield Park, shortly before 6.20pm on Tuesday.
Two of the children managed to escape, but the third child was in the canal for some time, she died on the way to Birmingham's Children's Hospital.
It is unclear whether the children were alone or with adults at the time of the accident.
