Old hospital wards reopen after increase in patients

Two wards at the mothballed Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Edgbaston are to reopen within the next two weeks to cope with overcrowding at the new site.

Two wards at the former Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, which closed in 2010, are to reopen to help deal with an increase in patients in the region.
