Cash Converters' Chief Executive has issued this statement offering advice to customers affected by the fire which destroyed its store in Kings Heath in Birmingham on Wednesday 27 March.
"Investigations are currently being carried out by the Fire and Rescue Service and we are working closely with them to understand the cause of the fire.
“We will be able to offer detailed advice to customers , who may have items on hold in the store, when we are in a position to understand the true extent of the damage.
