Around twenty firefighters were called to a fire at a recycling plant on Walsall Road in Perry Barr at around 6.15am this morning.
500 tonnes of recycled waste was on fire. West Midlands Fire Service have told ITV News Central that the blaze is under control and they will revisit the site every four hours.
