A coroner has recorded a verdict of accidental death in the case of a teacher from Nottingham who died while on a school ski trip in Austria. Jonathan Taylor, 44, fell 10ft down an unlit bank.

Jonathan Taylor, 44 from Nottingham died while on a school skiing trip

The principal of a school in Nottinghamshire says they're devastated by the death of one of their teachers on a skiiing trip to Austria.

Jonathan Taylor from Christ the King Academy in Arnold, died after falling from a roadside wall. It happened in the resort of Matrei in the Eastern Tyrol region.

The pupils and staff are now back home after the trip was cut short.
