Police in Nottingham have spent the day targeting motorists with bad driving habits. As part of the 'Fatal Four' campaign, officers have been pulling over drivers spotted using mobile phones, not wearing seatbelts, speeding or drug-driving.
But instead of getting fines and penalty points, many offenders are being offered the option of taking a driver education course. Phil Brewster reports.
