Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service's new Headquarters is being formally opened later today.
The £11m building in Birstall doubles up as a fire station and replaces the one at Syston.
Dignitaries from across Leicestershire will join staff and neighbouring fire and rescue services to see the building formally handed over by the building contractor.
