ROADS: M5 REOPENS - MAJOR DELAYS
Queueing traffic and delays due to earlier Police incident on M5 in both directions between M6 J8 and J1 A41 / A4252 / Birmingham Road (West Bromwich / Birmingham), congestion on M5 to J3 A456 (Halesowen / Birmingham).
The carriageway was closed at around 08:00 causing long delays, the motorway re-opened just before 09:30.
