The man fatally shot in a Birmingham pub yesterday has been named by police.
Although awaiting formal identification it is believed that 33-year-old Marlon O'Reilly was killed yesterday evening whilst visiting Dove Cote pub in Cockshut Hill.
Officers were called at 5.46pm to a report of shots being fired. When they arrived the 33-year-old father had sustained severe injuries and unfortunately died at this scene.
The pub and surrounding area remained cordoned off today whilst officers continued to search the scene.
The roads were re-opened this afternoon, however, the pub remains closed.
