A woman paralysed from the chest down is due to finish a 400 mile charity bike ride from Nottingham to London today.

Claire Lomas from Eye Kettleby in Leicestershire, is using a special hand-bike to complete her challenge which is the equivalent of tackling a marathon every day.

Six years ago Claire suffered spinal injuries following a horse riding accident. Last year she raised almost £250,000 for spinal research after walking the London Marathon in a robotic suit.
