A man has been charged with fraud after allegedly posing as the brother of comedian Peter Kay in pubs across the East Midlands.
50 year-old Peter Stead has been charged with five offences - three in Derby, one in Nottinghamshire and one in Northamptonshire.
He will next appear at Derby Crown Court on May 31.
