A Coventry City supporters' group says it wants the club to be sold to a new owner.
A part of the Sky Blues, Coventry City FC Ltd, is in administration and up for sale.
Offers to purchase the company, must be sent in by Friday 31st May.
Current owners Sisu are planning to move the club away from the city for three years, whilst they build a new stadium.
99% of the members of the Sky Blues Trust have voted to say they want Sisu, to lose control of the club.
They said: "We are doing this to avoid the scenario of falling crowds, relegation, further administration and possibly liquidation."

Members of the Sky Blues Trust, a supporters' group, have given a letter to the club's administrator.
Sources at Coventry City say the club is in ‘advanced talks’ with Walsall over plans to temporarily play at Bank's Stadium.
