A 25-year-old man from the Black Country is vowing to clear his name after being convicted of killing his girlfriend in Crete three years ago. Luke Walker has been given an eight-year suspended sentence.
He was initially charged with murdering Chelsea Hyndman, but that was downgraded to grievous bodily harm. He spoke exclusively to our reporter Rajiv Popat in Greece after the trial, and said he is the victim of a miscarriage of justice.
