The family of Luke Walker from Brierley Hill, convicted of killing his girlfriend in Crete, say they will pay his bail money by next week.
The £8,000 payment means he can return to England to prepare for his retrial at the appeal court. He was initially charged with murder, it was reduced to GBH leading to death.
