A man who conned landlords in the East Midlands by pretending to be the brother of comedian Peter Kay has pleaded guilty to five counts of fraud.
50 year old Peter Stead took deposits and told landlords he would arrange comedy nights to raise money for charity - and that Kay would appear.
The bookings of course never materialised.
