A man has died following an industrial accident at Rainbow Waste in Derbyshire.
The 24-year-old man died in hospital on Saturday.
Derbyshire Police and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) are trying to piece together what happened.
The company is unable to confirm any further details at present about the accident.
"He was limping so when he dropped down on one knee I thought he was about to collapse - and then he proposed!"
