A coroner has described the death of six-year-old Imie Harrison as tragic.
Imie was playing with her twin brother and two friends when one of her friend's shoes fell into the canal.
She drowned after falling into a stretch of the Staffordshire and Worcester canal in March 2013.
As he gave a verdict of accidental death the coroner paid tribute to the children - saying "the character of the children speaks loudly. They tried to help each other, all three ended up in the water."
