Two Eastern European men, arrested in Talbot Way, Small Heath this afternoon, are being questioned in connection with an explosion near to the Aisha Mosque in Walsall on 21 June.
Assistant Chief Constable Sharon Rowe confirmed live on ITV News Central in the last few minutes that the men had been arrested under the terrorism act.

The 24-year-old was charged with 14 counts of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm and one count of throwing a corrosive fluid.
