Murder suspect terror charge

A 25-year-old Ukrainian man has appeared in court charged with the "terrorist-related" murder of 75-year-old Mohammed Saleem in Birmingham.

Pavlo Lapshyn has also been charged in relation to explosions at three mosques in the West Midlands.

Man charged with murder of Birmingham pensioner

A 25 year-old Ukrainian man has been charged with the terrorist-related murder of a 75 year-old Birmingham pensioner.

Mohammed Saleem was found stabbed three times as he returned home from prayers in Small Heath in April

Pavlo Lapshyn, a post graduate student from Dnipropetrovsk, is still being questioned about three terror explosions at mosques in Walsall, Tipton and Wolverhampton.

He will will appear at Westminster Magistrates Court tomorrow.
