Two people have been charged in connection with the murder of Daniel Baker in South Normanton.
Leon Lockhart, 31, and Michaela Griffiths, 24, from South Normanton, have been charged with murdering the 32-year-old.
They will appear before North East Derbyshire and Dales Magistrates Court on July 23.
Mr Baker, from Derby, was found collapsed at 11.35pm in Mansfield Road by passers-by.
He was taken to King's Mill Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
A post mortem examination revealed he died from a stab wound.
