An elderly man has collapsed and died in a Birmingham car park following a row with a fellow driver.
The man, in his 70s, was taken to hospital after becoming ill in the car park of Tyseley Community Centre in Sparkhill's Formans Road just before 2:00pm yesterday.
A 44-year-old man from the Billesley area was arrested at the scene and remains in police custody.
