Nottinghamshire's 29th annual Robin Hood Festival got underway today.
The week-long festival began earlier with hundreds of people being transported back to medieval times, thanks to the performers, entertainers and of course Robin Hood.
Among the visitors, Joe and Debbie Tencza who have travelled all the way from New Jersey in America for the event.

It will be a dry and bright start, however scattered showers will develop.
Rather cloudy, with some rain likely at first.
It's believed there were around 8,000 people who laced up for this year's 10k race.
