The 29th annual Robin Hood Festival begins today. Around 30,000 people are expected to attend the free festival which runs until Sunday 11th August.
The week long program of events organised by Nottinghamshire County Council will feature medieval musicians, stunt fighting, and a story walk through Sherwood Forest.
