Almost 950 people have complained to Trading Standards in Nottinghamshire about rogue traders, in the last year.
This figure comes after new rules have been implemented meaning people who have been mis-sold something now have 90 days to claim a refund or price reduction.
Many people complained because a sales person had mis-sold a product, or felt they had been pressured into making a purchase.
