Music teacher facing child sex allegations granted bail

A Birmingham music teacher has been granted conditional bail after appearing in court charged with a string of child sex offences.

Phillip Evans, aged 38, of Warwards Lane, Selly Oak, was charged with two counts of sexual assault by touching a male under the age of 16 years, four counts of voyeurism, one count of making an indecent image of a child and one count of taking an indecent image of a child.

He appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court this morning where he was granted conditional bail until his next court appearance on December 13.
