Taxi fraud pair sentenced to six years

A finance manager and an office worker for the CPS have been jailed for six years each for conspiring to commit fraud after admitting making more than £1 million in bogus claims for taxi fares.

Lisa Burrows from Oldbury and her boyfriend, Tahir Mahmood, from Hodge Hill used the "colossal" sum of money to fund a life of luxury, including numerous trips to Dubai and New York.
