A man has been charged with murder after the discovery of a body at a house in Victory Lane, Walsall on Friday 13 September.
Jasvir Ram Ginday, 32, from Victory Lane in Walsall will appear at Walsall Magistrates Court on Monday 16 September.
Nine people (four men and five women) have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
The body was discovered on Friday evening at around 8pm, following a report to police on Thursday of a missing woman.
The body has not yet been formally identified and further forensic tests will take place on Tuesday.
