West Bromwich Albion star Stephane Sessegnon has been given a 20 month driving ban, after admitting to being over the alcohol limit.
The former Sunderland striker also pleaded guilty to two counts of driving without a licence driving without insurance.
Sessegnon appeared at Newcastle Magistrates Court today charged with the offences in August, while he was a Sunderland player. He received three points on his licence and was ordered to pay £7,605.
The funeral for the eight-year-old girl was held at St James Church in Brownhills this morning.
